Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for them as outlined in the service agreement (e.g., final website design, ad creatives). However, Maple54, LLC may retain the right to showcase these deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials. The underlying code, tools, and methodologies used to create the deliverables remain the property of Maple54, LLC.
Restrictions on Use: Clients may use the deliverables as agreed upon in the service agreement. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Termination for Convenience: Clients may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay Maple54, LLC for all work completed up to the effective date of termination.v
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, Maple54, LLC, will cease providing the Services, and the client shall pay all outstanding fees for Services provided. Any deliverables completed as of the termination date shall be made available to the client, subject to payment.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution
