Using Maple54's Services

Online Advertising Services: We offer comprehensive online advertising services, including:

• Search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Bing Ads.

Social Media Advertising: We develop and manage your brand's online presence on social media platforms. Our services include:

• Social media strategy development.
• Content creation and curation.
• Community management and engagement.
• Social media ad campaign management.

Web Development: We design, develop, and maintain websites for clients, including:

Pricing Structure: Fees for our Services are structured as one-time fees (for projects like website development and software development) or monthly retainers (for ongoing services like social media management, CRM, AI solutions, and PPC/SEO). Specific pricing details will be outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal.

Currency: All fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD).

Payment Methods: We accept payments through the methods specified in the invoice or service agreement.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms, including due dates and any installment schedules, will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal.

Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the Services.

Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide clients with reasonable prior notice of any changes in pricing for recurring services.

Maple54, LLC's Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our Website, our service methodologies, tools, and any materials we create (excluding client-provided content) are owned by Maple54, LLC.

Client's Intellectual Property: Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing brand assets, trademarks, and copyrights.

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for them as outlined in the service agreement (e.g., final website design, ad creatives). However, Maple54, LLC may retain the right to showcase these deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials. The underlying code, tools, and methodologies used to create the deliverables remain the property of Maple54, LLC.

Restrictions on Use: Clients may use the deliverables as agreed upon in the service agreement. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Exceptions to confidentiality include information that:

• Is already publicly known.
• Is received from a third party without restriction.
• Is independently developed by the receiving party.
• Is required to be disclosed by law.

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your content or the content you provide to us.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation..

Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate the agreement for cause if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of written notice.

Termination for Convenience: Clients may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay Maple54, LLC for all work completed up to the effective date of termination.v

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, Maple54, LLC, will cease providing the Services, and the client shall pay all outstanding fees for Services provided. Any deliverables completed as of the termination date shall be made available to the client, subject to payment.
