Refund Policy

Maple54, LLC is committed to client satisfaction. We offer the following refund policy:

• 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund: If you cancel your service agreement with Maple54, LLC within the first fourteen (14) calendar days of the agreement date, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of any payments made.
• Post-14-Day Refund: After the initial 14-day period, if you choose to cancel the project, you will be obligated to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. The amount due will be determined based on the project scope, the percentage of completion, and the resources expended. This will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before we have commenced any substantive work on your project, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service agreement with Maple54, LLC under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 14 Days: Clients may cancel their service agreement within the first fourteen (14) calendar days of the agreement date. In this case, the client is entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellation After 14 Days: After the initial 14-day period, clients may request to pause the project.

Clients will have access to all complete work.

Clients are obligated to pay for the work completed up to that date.

Clients may formally cancel the project by providing written notice of cancellation. A 30-day notice period is required. Clients are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the effective date of cancellation.

Revision Policy

Maple54, LLC strives to deliver creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations. Our revision policy is as follows:

• Standard Revision Period: Clients are entitled to one (1) round of revisions on provided creative work (e.g., ad designs, website mockups) within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial delivery of the deliverable.
• Scope of Revisions: Revisions should be based on the original project brief and intended scope of work. Significant changes in direction or the introduction of new creative concepts may be subject to additional fees.
• Timeline for Revisions: We will provide revised deliverables within a reasonable timeframe, typically within [specify timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days], following receipt of clear and consolidated revision feedback from the client.
• Additional Revisions: Additional revisions beyond the standard one (1) round may be accommodated at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to the client in advance.

These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and protect the interests of both Maple54, LLC, and our valued clients.

Terms of Promotions

Any promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by Maple54, LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Promotion eligibility criteria, such as new client status, specific service purchases, or limited-time availability, will be clearly defined in the promotional materials.
• Promotion Period: The start and end dates of the promotion will be explicitly stated. Maple54, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotion before the stated end date for any reason.
• Offer Details: The specifics of the promotion, including the discount amount, free service, or other benefit, will be clearly outlined.
• Limitations: Promotions may be limited to specific services, packages, or client types. Any such limitations will be disclosed in the promotional materials.
• Restrictions: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Modification or Cancellation: Maple54, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of Promotion: Maple54, LLC may disqualify any client from a promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the client is attempting to abuse, misuse, or unfairly exploit the promotion.
• Final Interpretation: Maple54, LLC's interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
• Governing Law: The terms of the promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

These terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions outlined in the client's service agreement with Maple54, LLC.
