Maple54, LLC operates fully compliant Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS and MMS messaging programs under the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) framework administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and governed by CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable carrier regulations. Our SMS programs are registered, vetted, and approved through official 10DLC registration channels.

3.1 Our 10DLC Compliance Commitment

Maple54, LLC maintains 100% compliance with all 10DLC registration and operational requirements. Our SMS programs are:

  • Registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under our verified business brand
  • Compliant with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices (current edition)

We do not engage in any messaging practice that violates carrier acceptable use policies, TCR campaign guidelines, or any federal or state law governing electronic communications.

3.2 How We Collect SMS Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Maple54, LLC is collected through one or more of the following methods. All opt-in methods are documented and maintained in our consent management records.

Website Form Opt-In (Primary Method): When you submit a lead form, contact form, or inquiry form on our website, you are presented with a clearly visible, unchecked consent checkbox that must be affirmatively selected before form submission is permitted. The checkbox reads:

"By checking this box, I consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS text messages from Maple54, LLC at the mobile number provided above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

You must actively check this box. It is never pre-checked. Submission of the form is blocked if this box is not checked and the user has provided a phone number.

Keyword/Text-In Opt-In: You may opt in by texting the keyword START (or another designated opt-in keyword) to 858-808-1221. Upon doing so, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your enrollment.

Verbal Consent (In-Person or Phone): In some cases, such as in-person consultations or phone calls with our team, verbal consent may be collected. In these instances, a record of consent is logged by the team member capturing the interaction, including the date, time, and nature of the consent given.

Paper Form Opt-In: For clients who complete paper intake or application forms, a written consent checkbox or signature line for SMS consent is included on the form. Signed forms are retained in our records.

3.3 What SMS Messages You May Receive

After opting in, you may receive SMS/MMS messages from Maple54, LLC that include, but are not limited to:

  • Confirmation of form submission or inquiry receipt
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Follow-up communications from our team regarding your inquiry
  • Status updates related to your application, loan, listing, or service request
  • Promotional information about our services, current offers, and industry updates (for marketing programs)
  • Important notifications about your account or service engagement
  • Responses to questions or requests you have submitted to us

All messages will clearly identify Maple54, LLC as the sender. No third-party organizations will be permitted to send messages through our registered 10DLC campaigns without being separately registered and compliant.

3.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and the communication program you have enrolled in. For transactional or account notification programs, messages are sent only as triggered by relevant activity or actions on your part.

3.5 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS/MMS messages you send to and receive from us. These rates are determined by your wireless carrier and your individual mobile service plan. Maple54, LLC does not charge any fee for SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan's messaging rates.

3.6 How to Opt Out of SMS Communications

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Maple54, LLC at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation that your opt-out has been processed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
  • Contact us directly at info@maple54.com / 858-808-1221 and request removal from our SMS communications list.
  • Submit an opt-out request through our website contact form.

Opt-out requests are processed within one (1) business day. We maintain a record of your opt-out to ensure compliance and to prevent accidental re-enrollment.

3.8 Opt-In Data — No Third-Party Sharing

Your SMS opt-in consent, mobile phone number, and any data associated with your SMS enrollment are strictly confidential and are used exclusively for communications from Maple54, LLC directly. Specifically:

  • We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party.
  • We do not rent, lease, or exchange your mobile phone number or opt-in consent with any external organization.
  • We do not share your mobile opt-in data with marketing partners, affiliated companies, lead aggregators, or any entity for their own independent marketing use.
  • We do not transfer your consent to any third-party messaging platform that would then communicate with you on their own behalf.

Opt-in consent is non-transferable. Any consent you give is specifically to receive communications from Maple54, LLC only, for the program(s) you enrolled in.

3.9 Supported Wireless Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. Maple54, LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery attributable to your wireless carrier.

Drip Email Campaigns: As part of our lead nurturing and customer engagement programs, we may enroll opted-in subscribers in automated email sequences that deliver a series of pre-written communications over a set period of time. You may opt out of these sequences at any time.

Operational Updates: Emails about changes to our services, policies, terms, or other operational matters relevant to your relationship with us.

4.3 CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

All marketing emails sent by Maple54, LLC comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including the following requirements:

  • All emails include a clear and functional unsubscribe link
  • Unsubscribe requests are honored within ten (10) business days
  • Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the email

What We May Do:

  • With your explicit and separate consent, we may refer your inquiry to a trusted affiliate partner who may be better positioned to serve your specific needs. In such cases, we will disclose the referral to you at the time it occurs.
  • We may share non-personally identifiable, aggregated, or anonymized data with analytics and marketing partners for the purpose of measuring and improving our marketing campaigns.
